The American Cancer Society’s Los Angeles Golf Classic is a high-end, amenity-rich tournament that raises funds for the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission. Our organization has played a role in most of the cancer research breakthroughs in recent history. While much progress has been made in cancer research, we still have a lot of work to do. Players will have the pleasure of playing on one of Southern California’s leading country clubs. Palos Verdes Golf Club is home to a 7,155-yard private golf course which boasts meticulously maintained greens with challenging fairways and set within one of California’s most spectacular and spacious city view settings.
As the only organization combating cancer through advocacy, discovery, and patient support, the American Cancer Society has made significant contributions to the fight against cancer over the last 110 years. We advocate for lifesaving policy changes, promote healthy lifestyles to help prevent cancer, and provide information, answers, and support to people in every community who have been touched by cancer. We also research cancer and its causes to find more answers and better treatment.
